Make change to Item 5 of the Standard technological scheme of implementation of customs control of water vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them, at check points through frontier, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, of the Art. 1546), having stated the paragraph third in the following edition:

"If the agency organization (marine agent) to customs authority in which zone of activities the port is located does not provide in accordance with the established procedure information on the goods accepted for shipment in containers to the port of destination on customs area of Ukraine, unloading of goods from the vessel of foreign swimming is prohibited. After provision of information in electronic form on the goods accepted for shipment in containers, their unloading is allowed in 24 hours.".
