Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Provisions of article 7.5 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (in edition of this Federal Law) are applied to semiprecious stones which list for the purpose of the specified Article is established by the Government of the Russian Federation after two hundred seventy days after day of official publication of this Federal Law.
