About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation regarding use of the state information systems on the public civil service of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 No. 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 31, Art. 3215; 2011, No. 1, Art. 31; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2326; No. 27, Art. 3477; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4824) following changes:

1) regarding the 2nd Article 43 of the word "on electronic media" shall be replaced with words "in databases of the state information systems, the stipulated in Article 44.1 presents of the Federal Law,";

2) Article 44 to add with part 3 following of content:

Chapter 7 to add 3) with Article 44.1 of the following content:

"Article 44.1. The state information systems used on civil service

1. For the purpose of information support of Federal civil service and optimization of work of personnel services of federal state bodies the federal state information system in the field of public service is used. The procedure for use of federal state information system in the field of public service is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Features of use of federal state information system in the field of public service in separate federal state bodies are determined by the President of the Russian Federation.
