For the non-profit organizations performing at least one year by day of entry into force of this Federal Law activities in the status of the self-regulatory organization of agricultural credit consumer cooperatives created according to the Federal Law of December 1, 2007 No. 315-FZ "About self-regulatory organizations", requirements of this Federal Law on enough the financial organizations for receipt of the status of self-regulatory organization, stipulated in Item 1 parts 4 of article 3 of this Federal Law, about availability of this Federal Law approved by the Bank of Russia of basic standards, stipulated in Clause the 5th, the requirement to the head of self-regulatory organization, the stipulated in Clause 24 presents of the Federal Law, are applied since January 1, 2020.";
