About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Quarantine of Plants"

The procedure of the state phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
2) part 4 of Article 24 to recognize invalid;
Part 5 of Article 34 to state 3) in the following edition:
"5. Laboratory researches of tests and (or) samples of the quarantine products provided by part 3 of article 24 of this Federal Law till January 1, 2021 are conducted at the expense of means of owners of quarantine products.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
