Article 1

Bring in article 4 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 243-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "About veterinary science" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 29, the Art. 4369) the following changes:

2) lack of possibility of use of federal state information system in the field of veterinary science in settlements in which there is no access to the Internet including there is no access point determined according to the Federal Law of July 7, 2003 No. 126-FZ "About communication";

3) if veterinary accompanying documents contain the data which are the state secret and (or) other information carried by the federal executive bodies authorized in the field of defense in the field of internal affairs in the field of activities of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, in the field of execution of punishments, in the field of the state protection and in the field of safety, to the data which are official secret.
