Production, acquisition, storage, transfer or transportation of precursors in insignificant quantity for the purpose of use in case of illegal manufacture and conversion of drugs or psychotropic substances -
attract imposing of penalty in the amount of two hundred to three hundred manats. Note:
1. In this Article "the insignificant quantity" is meant as quantity which is less than significant amount of precursors established by the relevant law.
2. Person which voluntarily handed over the precursors made, acquired, which are stored, sent or transported for the purpose of use in illegal manufacture and conversion of drugs or psychotropic substances is exempted from the administrative responsibility for the actions provided by this Article.".
