Procedure for adjustment, renewal and cancellation of cargo customs declarations

1. General provisions

1.1 In this Procedure terms and determinations in the following concepts are used:

- the customs applicant (the owner of goods) - the legal or physical person having powers concerning goods and vehicles, and performing them declaring, representation and presentation to customs authorities from own name;

- mistake in GTD - discrepancy between information containing in the source documents shown for declaring and the data containing in GTD;

- adjustment of GTD - modification and amendments in GTD;

- change in GTD - changes of the data entered earlier in GTD which are not connected with renewal of GTD;

- amendment in GTD - entering into GTD of the additional information which is not containing in initially drawn up GTD;

- renewal of GTD - the procedure connected with cancellation of earlier drawn up GTD and registration of new GTD;

- cancellation of GTD - cancellation of this GTD as legal document;
