Recognize invalid the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2015 as No. 628 "About approval of criteria of classification of higher educational institutions" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12285, published in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of Ad_let of November 23, 2015).

2. To provide to department of the higher and postgraduate education in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) in week time from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) bringing this order to data of higher educational institutions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
