About modification and amendments in appendices No. 2, 3 and 4 to the Order of the Government No. 1450 of December 24, 2007

In the Order of the Government No. 1450 of December 24, 2007. "About some measures for accomplishment of the Law No. 61 - XVI of March 16, 2007 about auditor activities" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 203-206, 1493), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in appendix No. 2 line item "FOALYa Lydia is the head of department on regulation of financial accounting and audit in the corporate sector," to replace the Ministry of Finance with line item "Silvius's ChEMERTAN is the head of department of audit regulation in the corporate sector, the Ministry of Finance";

2) in appendix No. 3:

a) in Item 7 paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"The staff of the Commission is appointed for a period of two years by the Government according to the offer of the Ministry of Finance and is created of eleven people, including the secretary of the Commission, without the right to assessment of written works.

Members of the commission, except for the chairman and the secretary, sign the Personal consent of the member of the commission (according to model of appendix No. 5 to this Provision).

Criteria of appointment of members of the commission following:";

b) add with Item 54/1 of the following content:

"54/1. Renewal and issue of the duplicate of the qualification certificate of the auditor are performed according to the Law No. 160 of July 22, 2011 on regulation of business activity by permission.";
