1. Item 38 of the Regulations on procedure for the appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002. (2002, 1612), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 154-157, in the following edition:

"38. The insured income in the months included in calculation in case of determination of basis for calculation of monthly benefit for education of the child before achievement of age by it 3 years cannot exceed the amount of five average monthly salaries predicted on economy for the corresponding year, increased on 12 or on the number of months during which person gained insured income. In case of inclusion in calculation of incomplete calendar year the limit of the insured income is set proceeding from the number of months for which insured income in the corresponding year is gained. The average monthly salary predicted on economy affirms the Government."
