About modification and amendments in Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability approved by the Order of the Government No. 108 of February 3, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 24-25, 162), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 43:

in paragraph one of the word "without the conditions specified in Item 49 of this provision" shall be replaced with words "if the wife corresponds to the conditions provided in Item 49/1";

declare paragraph two invalid;

Item 49 to declare 2) invalid;

To add 3) with Item 49/1 of the following content:

"49/1. The wife who is on content at the insured husband has entitlement to benefit on motherhood if for date of provision of maternity leave it is not employed that is confirmed by the service record or the written declaration under the personal liability (appendix No. 6) that it has no insured income and is not person insured on the corresponding risk.";

C) of Item 51 of the word "is not insured person and has no insured income" shall be replaced with words 4) in the subitem "has no insured income and is not person insured on the corresponding risk";

Appendix No. 6 to the Provision to state 5) in the following edition:
