About modification of some legal acts for public welfare payments

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 11, the Art. 1032) the following change:

third parts 2 of Article 8 to declare the paragraph invalid.

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, Art. No. 7-8, 765) the following changes:

in Article 20:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2018, except for provisions of Articles 7, of 11, of 12, 13 and 14 these Laws regarding appointment and payment of lump-sum allowance in case of the child's birth "balaga to suyunch" which become effective since January 1, 2018.";

b) in paragraph one of part 3 of the word "January 1, 2018" shall be replaced with words "on April 1, 2018".

Article 3.
