Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. 209-FZ "About development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 31, Art. 4006; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3947; 2016, No. 1, Art. 28; No. 27, Art. 4198) following changes:

1) in Article 25.1:

a) state part 11.1 in the following edition:

"11.1. The corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship has the right to perform investment and (or) placement of temporarily available funds into the following assets (investment objects):

1) debt obligations of the Russian Federation;

2) deposits in the credit institutions conforming to the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

b) add with parts 11.2 - 11.7 following of content:

"11.2. Subsidiaries of corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship have the right to perform investment and (or) placement of temporarily available funds. At the same time the subsidiaries of corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship which are not and are not recognized as skilled investors according to the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market", having the right to perform investment and (or) placement of temporarily available funds only in debt obligations of the Russian Federation.
