Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2002 No. 101-FZ "About land turnover of agricultural purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3018; 2003, No. 28, Art. 2882; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3098; 2011, No. 1, Art. 47; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3377; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4287) following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 1 the word", country" to exclude;

2) in Article 14.1:

a) in Item 2 the first offer to add with words ", and in case of holding repeated general meeting - not later than thirty days about day of its carrying out";

b) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. General meeting has the right to make decisions only on questions which are included in the agenda of general meeting. General meeting has no right to change the agenda of general meeting.

Inclusion in the agenda of general meeting of questions which are provided by subitems 7, of the 8 and 10 Item 3 of article 14 of this Federal Law is not allowed if the decision on them is made less than three months ago.

The decisions of general meeting canceling and (or) changing earlier made decisions of general meeting shall contain specifying on such decisions.";

c) in Item 5 of figure "20" to replace with figures "50";

d) add with Item 5.1 of the following content:
