About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About culture"

Being guided by Item 1 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About culture" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 2, Article 78; 2015, No. 11, Article 1282; 2016, No. 11, Article 1751) to make the following changes:

4. Add with Articles 41.3 and 42.1-1 of the following content:

"41.3. The relevant organ of the executive authority shall post the list of the protected cultural values on the official website and provide its regular updating and publication in official publications.

42.1-1. The serial number, the name of the producer or information on the author, the date of creation of product celebrated on cultural products, the stipulated in Article 30.2-1 this Law or the reference by results of examination are the basis for their export.".
