According to the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection", the Regulations on the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.04.97 of N 341, and Rules of state registration and accounting of cars, buses, the self-propelled machines designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models of trail cars, semitrailer trucks and microcars, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.10.93 of N 873, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about accounting treatment for subjects of the business activity connected with realization of vehicles which are subject to registration and accounting in law-enforcement bodies and issue of forms of references accounts it (is applied).

2. To chiefs of GUMVS of Ukraine in the Crimea, Kiev and Kiev region, UMVS of Ukraine in areas and Sevastopol, industry services of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine:

2.1. In a month to provide studying of provisions of noted Instruction by employees of bodies, divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine which are involved in performance of work, connected with control of business activity concerning realization of vehicles and to accept offsettings.

2.2. Establish strict control of observance by subjects of business activity of requirements of the legislation which regulate this question.
