In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 12, Article 984; 2007, No. 6, Article 562, No. 10, Article 938, No. 12, Article 1196; 2009, No. 6, Article 404, No. 7, Articles 507, 517; 2010, No. 10, Article 839; 2011, No. 7, Article 612; 2014, No. 11, Article 1371; 2015, No. 6, Article 684, No. 11, Article 1296; 2016, No. 3, Article 405, No. 11, Article 1771; 2017, No. 5, Article 740, No. 7, of Article 1302, of 1309) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 7.2.4 of the word "following the results of year" shall be replaced with words "annual … according to article 12-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financial accounting".
2. To exclude the words "accounting and" from the name of Chapter XI.
3. State Article 57 in the following edition:
"Article 57. Financial reporting
57.1. The financial statement of the Central bank is constituted according to International accounting standards.
57.2. Other questions connected with creation of the financial statement of the Central bank are regulated by article 12-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financial accounting".".
4. Exclude Article 58.4.
5. State Article 58.5 in the following edition:
"58.5. No later than 1 month after audit completion the annual financial report together with the audit certificate is published on the official Internet page or in publication.".
