Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 25, 2002 No. 40-FZ "About obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 18, Art. 1720; 2007, No. 49, Art. 6067; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2010, No. 6, Art. 565; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4224; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3883; 2017, No. 14, Art. 2008) following changes:

1) in Article 11.1:

a) the subitem "v" of Item 1 after words of "participants of the road accident" to add with words "(except as specified document creations about the road accident for receipt of insurance indemnity within 100 thousand rubles according to the procedure, stipulated in Item the 5th this Article)";

b)  No. 88-FZ is excluded according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 01.05.2019

c) add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In the form of the notice on the road accident data on lack of disagreements of participants of the road accident concerning circumstances of damnification in connection with damage of vehicles as a result of the road accident, nature and the list of visible damages of vehicles or about availability and essence of such disagreements are specified.";

d) in item 4 of the word "50 thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "100 thousand rubles, except as specified document creations about the road accident according to the procedure, stipulated in Item the 5th this Article";
