For the purpose of strengthening of role of economic science in creation of strong scientific and methodological and methodical base of further assistance of the state to effective development of the privatized companies, implementation of the antimonopoly policy and forming of competitive environment, enhancement of management system state-owned property, the Cabinet of Ministers decides functioning of the security markets and the real estate, and also the solution of other tasks of the present stage of reforming of national economy:

1. Form based on the Center of researches of problems of privatization, development of corporate management and the security market and the Center for enhancement of the antimonopoly policy by their merge the Center of researches of problems of privatization, development of the competition and corporate management under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition (further - the Center).

2. Determine the main objectives of the Center:

forming of scientific and methodical base of ensuring development of the privatized companies for the purpose of creation of new workplaces, increases in efficiency of activities, upgrade of production and establishing release of competitive products;

studying of modern experience of development and implementation of "road maps" of development of the privatized companies and preparation of recommendations about its implementation in the republic;

preparation of offers on the main directions and mechanisms of increase in effectiveness of assistance of the state to the privatized companies on the basis of systems analysis of activities of the privatized companies;
