1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2017 No. 478 "About approval of Rules and terms of calculation (deduction) and transfer of assignments and (or) fees and Rules of debt collection on assignments and (or) fees" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15361, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 3, 2017) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of debt collection on assignments and (or) fees approved by the specified order:

"3. In case of formation of debt on assignments and (or) fees bodies of state revenues send to the payer the notice to produce to body of state revenues of lists of workers in form, according to appendix 1 to these rules.

Payers within five working days from the date of receipt of such notification represent to body of state revenues the list of workers (further - the list of physical persons) for whom assignments and (or) fees are made.

Such notification does not go if the debt on assignments and (or) fees does not exceed the amount in the amount of one monthly settlement indicator established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget.";
