I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the single database on the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated it (is applied).
2. To the head of department concerning property and bankruptcy Melnik O. V. to submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to N493/92 "About State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Ministries and Other Executive Bodies".
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Shlapak O. V.
