About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition No. 684 which voided the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2012

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2012 No. 684 "About approval of the Procedure and criteria for evaluation of cost efficiency of project (investment) offers and investment projects" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 57, the Art. 2290).

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on risk management, connected with provision of the state guarantees, and distribution of these risks between the state, creditors and borrowers, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 23, 2011 No. 131 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011 p., No. 14, Art. 569):

1) in Item 7:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"during the period before provision of the state guarantee on each project with participation of the central public authorities (further – responsible bodies) which form tender committees for selection of investment projects, and the central executive body which carried out expertize according to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities" (further – authority which carried out expertize);";

in paragraph four of the word of "authority" shall be replaced with words "responsible body";

2) in the subitem 1 of Item 8:
