About modification and amendments in the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus

Article 1. Bring in the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2008 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 183, 2/1509; 2010, No. 252, 2/1727; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.11. 2012, 2/1981; 09:01. 2015, 2/2227; 01:01. 2016, 2/2342) following changes and amendments:

1. In Item 1 of Article 2:

exclude subitem 1.1-1;

to add subitems 1.3 and 1.5 after the word of "deficit" with words "(the directions of use of surplus)";

in subitem 1.13 of the word to "returnable and paid basis" shall be replaced with words to "basis of the paid nature, urgency and recoverability";

in subitem 1.20 of the word "and expenses" shall be replaced with words ", expenses and sources of financing of deficit (the directions of use of surplus)";

from subitem 1.34 of the word", and also budget credits, means from return of budget loans and budget advances" to exclude.

2. Add the Code with Article 4-1 of the following content:

"Article 4-1. The plan of forming and use of money in the conditions of emergency, warlike situation

In the conditions of emergency, warlike situation the plan of forming and use of money for ensuring uninterrupted financing of actions for protection of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Belarus, requirements satisfaction of the state and needs of the population – the emergency budget affirms.

2. The procedure for forming, execution and preparation of the performance report of the emergency budget is established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus taking into account the features established by the legislation.
