About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of July 30, 2008 No. 919

In the Order of the Government No. 919 of July 30, 2008. "About the organization and carrying out commercial and investment tenders for privatization of public property" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 143-144, 924), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 1 of the resolution the word "personal" and the text "Determine that in case of release of members of the commission from posts of their function persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of the new order of the Government will perform" to exclude;

2) in the Provision:

in Item 7 of the word of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Economy and Infrastructure";
