About introduction change and amendment in appendices No. 2 and 8 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006

1. In appendices No. 2 and 8 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006. "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 91-94, 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in appendix No. 2:

a) in the name of appendix and in all text of the word "the private and the commanding structure" in any form shall be replaced with words "officer and subofficers" in the corresponding case;

b) in table 1:

in the name of the table and in the column the second text "which fall under action of provisions of part (article 68 of the Law No. 320 of December 27, 2012" to exclude 1), and shall be replaced with words words of "Department of boundary police" "General inspectorate of boundary police";

in all text to replace the word "inspector" with the word "officer";

in the note of the word "Service of Civil Protection and Emergency Situations" shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate on emergency situations";

c) in table 2:
