Procedure for collection of payment for implementation of allowing procedures in the field of use of nuclear energy

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of collection of payment for implementation of allowing procedures in the field of use of nuclear energy which are the administrative services provided to Gosatomregulirovaniya.

2. The payment for implementation of allowing procedures is levied:

1) for licensing on:

production, conversion of uranium ores;

transportation of radioactive materials;

conversion, storage of radioactive waste;

production of sources of ionizing radiation;

use of sources of ionizing radiation;

training of personnel of the operating organization for operation of nuclear installation (according to the list of positions and specialties which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine);

preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation;
