About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About patents for inventions, useful models, industrial designs"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2002 "About patents for inventions, useful models, industrial designs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 1, 2/909; 2007, No. 118, 2/1308; 2008, No. 3, 2/1396; 2010, No. 183, 2/1719) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

in Item 2 of the word "their use" to replace with the word "them";

in Item 3:

in part one:

in paragraph one:

shall be replaced with words the words "The Patent Is Effective" "Effective period of the patent is estimated";

add the paragraph with the words "and on condition of observance of the requirements established by this Law constitutes";

in the paragraph the second the words "the patent for the invention-during twenty", "receipt of permission of authorized body, before the date of receipt of the first such permission" and "receipts of the first permission to application" to replace respectively with the words "on the invention-twenty", "their state registration, before date of initial state registration" and "initial state registration";

in paragraph three of the word "the patent for useful model-during five" and "three years" to replace respectively with the words "on useful model-five" and "five years";

in paragraph four of the word "the patent for industrial design-during ten" shall be replaced with words "on industrial design – ten";
