In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1994 No. 545 "About approval of the Regulations on representatives for intellectual property (patent agents)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, Art. 278; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 35, sec. 95; 2001, No. 33, Art. 1536; 2002, No. 34, Art. 1592; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2673):
1) in introductory part of the resolution of the word "About Protection of the Rights to Plant Varieties"," to exclude;
2) in the Provision approved by the specified resolution:
the second offer of paragraph one of Item 18 to state in the following edition: "For carrying out this work the certifying and appeal commissions which structure affirms the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade are formed.";
the first offer of Item 19 to state in the following edition: "The certification and appeal commissions are effective according to provisions which affirm the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade.";
exclude Item 20;
in Item 21 of the word "document on introduction of payment for certification" to exclude;
the second offer of Item 23 to state in the following edition: "The relevant decision of certifying commission affirms the order of the Ministry of Economic Development.";
