About approval of changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 on wages system in the budget sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. The expenses connected with enforcement of this resolution will become covered at the expense of the funds allocated for the corresponding year.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006. "About payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 66-69, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the text of the resolution:

a) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word of "douniversitetsky education" shall be replaced with words "general and vocational training";

b) in Item 5:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "douniversitetsky education and professorial structure" "general, professional technical and higher education";
