About compensation of employees of the state-financed scientific organizations

For the purpose of enhancement of compensation of employees of the state-financed scientific organizations taking into account specifics of their activities and results of work:

1. Determine that to employees of the state-financed scientific organizations * payment of the allowance for specifics of work in the state-financed scientific organizations at the rate to 300 percent of salary is monthly made. Employee categories to which the specified allowance is established are determined by National academy of Sciences of Belarus.

At the same time the decision on establishment of the allowance for specifics of work in the state-financed scientific organizations:

at the rate to 200 percent of salary is accepted by heads of the state-financed scientific organizations;

of more than 200 percent of salary is accepted by state bodies, under authority (subordination) of which the state-financed scientific organizations, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus concerning the state-financed scientific organizations subordinated to the President of the Republic of Belarus (further – state bodies), National academy of Sciences of Belarus are.

* For the purposes of this Decree employees of the state-financed scientific organizations are understood as employees of state-financed organizations, one of governing bodies of which according to constituent documents is academic (scientific and technical) council and which underwent in accordance with the established procedure accreditation of the scientific organization, and also employees of scientific structural divisions of other state-financed organizations conforming to the specified requirements.

2. Determine that:

2.1. to employees of the state-financed scientific organizations payment of the allowance for length of service is monthly made:

in the specialty – on positions of scientists;
