No. 181-184, 595), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also the Law No. 185 of September 21, 2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 371-382, 632) DECIDES: the Government
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure and Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment on reorganization of the National agency on safety of foodstuff by accession to it of the State inspectorate for supervision of the alcoholic products which are under supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment, subordinated to the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
The national agency on safety of foodstuff is successor of the rights and obligations of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products.
2. To transfer the property, established posts established in the staff list and the budget for 2017 of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products to the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
