About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of milk and dairy products" (TR CU 033/2013)

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. In appendix No. 5 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of milk and dairy products" (to TR CU 033/2013) accepted by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 9, 2013 No. 67, footnote with sign "<***>" to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"For the Republic of Kazakhstan indicators of content of KMAFAnM and somatic cages become effective from 31.12.2019 for raw milk, raw skim milk, the crude cream used for production of dairy products, except for the drinking and recovered milk, sour-milk products, baby food, firm cheeses, butter (the regulations established by Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on condition of their address only in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are effective till 31.12.2019).".

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force to provide carrying out by authorized bodies the state control (supervision) of the released products according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2017.
