About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

For the purpose of execution of provisions of part (2) articles V of the Law No. 104 of June 9, 2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 229-243, 370), the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 331 of May 28, 2012. "About compensation of government employees" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 104-108, 371), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in item 4 of the resolution the text of State Tax Administration to exclude, and at the end to add with the following paragraph:

"The government employee given with control functions, from the State Tax Administration, performing the activities in the conditions of risk for health and life, for holding the post, the work pay levels provided in appendix No. 2, raise on one or two levels.";
