1. Approve form of the Magazine of registration of checks it (is applied).

2. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Magazine of registration of checks it (is applied).

3. To management of legal support of entrepreneurship of the State committee of Ukraine concerning development of entrepreneurship (the Weaver K.V.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the State committee of Ukraine concerning development of entrepreneurship of Grey M. I.
