1. at the end of subitem 3.15.12 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with subitems 3.15.13 and 3.15.14 of the following content:

"3.15.13. according to article 53 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" allocates free parking spaces to the users of cars living in the houses or buildings located along highways on which places of the parking are organized based on their address and issues them the personal parking coupon;

3.15.14. provides transfer of data on the personal parking coupon in Central Information System of Head department of road traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
