About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the secretary of state of state body of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 29, 2016 No. 707

For the purpose of carrying out effective state policy and coordination of promotion of bills, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the secretary of state of state body of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 29, 2016 No. 707 the following change:

in Regulations on the secretary of state of state body of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Powers on realization of industry functions of state body, except for submissions of bills in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and cases of substitution of the absent head of state body cannot be delegated to the secretary of state.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
