Part 1 of Article 16 to add 1) with Item 20 of the following content:

"20) establishment of procedure for evaluating effects of decision making about liquidation of the medical organization subordinated to executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body, about the termination of activities of its separate division and procedure for creation of the commission on assessment of effects of adoption of such decision and preparation of the conclusions by said commission.";

To add 2) with Article 29.1 of the following content:

"Article 29.1. Liquidation of the medical organizations, termination of activities of separate divisions of the medical organizations

1. The medical organizations are liquidated according to the procedure, established by the civil legislation, taking into account features, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of health protection.
