Make the following changes to part 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry" of June 13, 1998 No. 723 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 6, Article 384; 2003, No. 10, Article 582; 2007, No. 2, Article 87, No. 6, Article 601, No. 8, Article 769; 2008, No. 8, Article 719; 2010, No. 10, Article 848; 2011, No. 4, Article 290; 2012, No. 10, Article 953; 2013, No. 11, Article 1334; 2014, No. 2, Article 112, No. 5, Article 477, No. 10, Article 1209; 2016, No. 8, Article 1384):
1. Add with the second paragraph of the following content and consider the second - the tenth paragraphs third - the eleventh paragraphs respectively:
"the powers of relevant organ of the executive authority provided by the second offer of part three of article 3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry", concerning connection of the construction objects of entrepreneurs existing or planned to construction to electric utility power grid capacity to 150 kilowatts (150 kilowatts inclusive from the existing 0,4 of kV - oh networks) or issues of specifications for receipt of additional energy (force) the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, in other cases performs the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;".
2. In the third paragraph of the word "the second offer of part three of article 3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On power industry" shall be replaced with words "the specified Law".
