About additional terms of stay of foreign vehicles on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of establishment of the adequate measures providing the parity basis for collection of charges from vehicles of the Republic of Uzbekistan when crossing customs border of foreign states and determination of additional terms of crossing by motor transport of foreign states of customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that the adjacent countries enter measures of unilateral nature:

in the Republic of Kazakhstan - insurance fees for civil, legal responsibility of carrier before the passenger from different vehicles, charges for the obligation about the return export of motor transport, charges for quarantine processing and for autotransition are applied;

in Turkmenistan - collection on compensation of difference of cost of motor fuel for vehicles of foreign states is entered, are established inadequate, in relation to accepted in the Republic of Uzbekistan, charges from owners of the vehicles driving on the territory of Turkmenistan;

the sizes of insurance fees (insurance premiums) of the civil responsibility before the third parties of drivers of different vehicles operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan exceed the corresponding rates established in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Determine that entrance on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan of vehicles, other self-propelled machines and mechanisms of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan is allowed in the presence of the policy of the insurer performing this type of insurance in compliance with the legislation on civil responsibility insurance of drivers before the third parties at the rates according to the appendix N 1.
