1. The paragraph one of Item 5.9 of Section 5 of the Regulations on opening and functioning of correspondent accounts of resident banks and nonresidents in foreign currency and correspondent accounts of banks - nonresidents in hryvnias, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 26, 1998 No. 118, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 1998 for No. 231/2671 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"5.9. The authorized bank irrespective of availability of the opened correspondent account of the EBRD in this bank performs purchase of foreign currency based on the statement/order of the EBRD about purchase of foreign currency (without representation of the EBRD of additional documents).".
