About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 No. 785 and of February 7, 2007 No. 150

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 No. 785 "About approval of the Payment procedure of monetary compensation of cost of sanatorium treatment to some categories of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 24, Art. 1598; 2008, No. 51, Art. 1693; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3078; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2015, No. 96, Art. 3290; 2017, No. 38, the Art. 1204) and of February 7, 2007 No. 150 "About approval of the Payment procedure to some categories of disabled people of monetary compensation instead of the sanatorium permit and cost of independent sanatorium treatment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 10, Art. 358; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2015, No. 96, the Art. 3290) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 No. 785 and of February 7, 2007 No. 150

1. According to the procedure of payment of monetary compensation of cost of the sanatorium treatment to some categories of citizens approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 No. 785:

1) in Item 2:

word in paragraph one to "disabled veterans and disabled people" shall be replaced with words "to persons with disability owing to war and to persons with disability";

to add paragraph two after the words "it is paid in the following sizes" with words "(rounded to one hryvnia)";
