Determine that since July 1, 2005 before adoption of law of Ukraine "About simplified taxation system" the Presidential decree is applied taking into account the following features:

The simplified taxation system, accounting and the reporting of small business entities does not extend on:

subjects of business activity which perform activities in the field of playing business (including the activities connected with the organization of casino, other gambling places / houses/, slot machines with cash or property prize, carrying out lotteries / including the state draws with issue of winnings in cash or property form) perform exchange of foreign currency;

subjects of business activity which are producers of excise goods perform the economic activity connected with export, import and wholesale of excise goods, wholesale and retail sale of excisable fuels and lubricants;

subjects of business activity which perform: extraction and production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education; wholesale, retail trade by industrial products from precious metals which are subject to licensing according to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" - according to the Laws N2505-IV from 25.03.2005, Art. 267; N2642-IV of 03:06. 2005)

1. Determine that the simplified taxation system, accounting and the reporting is entered for the following small business entities:

the physical persons performing business activity without creation of the legal entity with which in employment relationships, including members of their families, within year no more than 10 people consist and which total revenue from sales of products (goods, works, services) in year does not exceed 500 thousand hryvnias;

legal entities - subjects of business activity of any form of business and pattern of ownership in whom in year sredneuchetny number working does not exceed 50 people and which total revenue from sales of products (goods, works, services) in year does not exceed 1 million hryvnias.
