According to the laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:

1. Bring in Conditions and Rules of implementation of business activity on the wholesale supply of electrical energy, approved by the resolution of the National commission on questions of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of December 16, 1996 No. 256 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 30, 1996 for No. 759/1784, the following changes:

1) to add Item with new subitem 3.4 of the following content:

"3.4.6. The licensee performs purchase/sale of electrical energy to the state company which exercises centralized dispatching (operational and technological) control of OES of Ukraine, for the purpose of provision/receipt of the emergency help of systems of transfer of the adjacent states to the operators according to contracts about provisions/receipts of the emergency help imprisoned between the relevant operators of systems of transfer.";

2) in the text of Conditions also Governed abbreviation of "NKRE" to replace with abbreviation of "NKREKP".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
