The guardian who is the parent of the incapacitated citizen who is the disabled person since the childhood jointly living with such citizen and who was bringing up it since the birth and before achievement of age by it eighteen years, or the adoptive father of such citizen who jointly is living with it and who was bringing up it from the moment of adoption and before achievement of age by it eighteen years, having the right not to include in the report of the data on expenditure this guardian of the amount credited on the separate nominal account opened by the guardian. The guardianship and custody body in case of detection of improper execution by this guardian of obligations on protection of property of the ward and property management of the ward has the right to demand from this guardian of provision of the report on storage, about use of property of the ward and about property management of the ward for previous periods containing data on expenditure this guardian of the amount credited on the separate nominal account opened by the guardian.".
