I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for registration of results of documentary checks concerning observance of the tax and foreign exchange legislation by subjects of entrepreneurial deyatelnostifizicheskima by persons it (is applied).

2. To submit to the director of the department of the taxation of physical persons Dubel V. S. this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To the head of department to Nick V. O. in the 5-day term after state registration of this order to provide with cases its replication and posylaniye to State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

4. And mass and explanatory work (Kosarchuk V. P.) after state registration of this order to provide to public relations department its publication in mass media.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Lekar of S. I.
