About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the single database about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated

In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine from 30.06.99 784-XIV "About recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" about creation and maintaining the single database about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated,

I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the single database on the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated it (is applied) and to enact it from 01.01.2000.

2. To chiefs of managements, independent departments and departments of the Agency:

2.1. Provide accomplishment of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the single database about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated (further - the Provision).

2.2. Organize studying of the Provision by responsible persons for maintaining the single database about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated.

2.3. Provide provision by arbitration managers of messages in the database in department of the Agency.

3. To the head of department of forming and maintaining the single database about the bankrupt companies Komandishko A. L.:

3.1. Provide the methodical help to responsible persons for maintaining the single database about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated.

3.2. Provide state registration of the Provision.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
