About measures for scrap metal procurement, production and consumption of hire of ferrous metals for 2018

1. Approve for 2018:

balance of procurement and consumption of scrap, waste of ferrous metals according to appendix No. 1 *;

balance of production and realization of the hire of ferrous metals made by JSC Uzmetkombinat according to appendix No. 2*.

2. Determine that since January 1, 2018:

allocation (delivery) of hire of ferrous metals of production of JSC Uzmetkombinat is performed only through the exchange biddings, including on objects on which delivery of metal rolling under direct agreements and fixed prices was provided by earlier made decisions;

the amounts of hire of ferrous metals which are not realized at the exchange biddings are subject to repeated exposure to the exchange biddings within one month from the moment of the first exposure, and in case of non-claiming can be realized for export under direct agreements in accordance with the established procedure;

forecast tasks for 2018 on procurement and delivery, and also use of scrap and waste of ferrous metals by the companies having own foundry production affirm the Complex of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning geology, fuel and energy complex, chemical, petrochemical and metallurgical industry;

establishment for educational and medical institutions of tasks for procurement and delivery of scrap, waste of ferrous metals is forbidden to public authorities on places;

physically and the obsolete equipment and metalwork which are written off during the procedure of insolvency, liquidation, reconstruction and upgrade of the companies are subject to delivery without fail to JSC Uzmetkombinat as scrap and waste of ferrous metals at the free (contractual) price;
