About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that in 2018 accounting in federal targeted investment program for 2018 and for planning period of 2019 and 2020 of the subsidies provided to the state corporations (companies), the public companies on implementation of capital investments, and budget investments to legal entities which are not the public or local government offices and state or municipal unitary enterprises for the purpose of provision of fee in the authorized (share) capital of subsidiaries of the specified legal entities on implementation of capital investments in the capital construction projects which are in property of such subsidiaries and (or) on acquisition of real estate units by such subsidiaries is performed taking into account features, established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to part 4 of article 5 of the Federal Law "About modification of the Budget code of the Russian Federation and article 3 of the Federal law "About Modification of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and Recognition Voided Separate Provisions of Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".
