Article 1.

The single electronic base of notarial documents of the Kyrgyz Republic is complex of program technical means intended for automation of processes of collection, obtaining, search, transfer, processing, storage, use and (or) provision of data on notarial activities and providing all types of information exchange. The procedure for maintaining single electronic base of notarial documents is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
